Description

They called the car Godzilla. This is the engine that earned it the name.

This RB26 shirt carries the RB26DETT head-gasket design: six 86mm bores, the coolant passages, the fire ring layout that has to survive twin ceramic turbos and whatever the owner did after that.

No Skyline silhouette, no drift smoke, no rising sun. Just the part itself, printed clean and small enough that only the people who would recognize it will.

If you know, you know.

ABOUT THE RB26DETT

The RB26DETT is a 2.6-liter twin-turbocharged inline-six Nissan built from 1989 to 2002. Its defining feature is six individual throttle bodies, one per cylinder, which is why the intake note is unlike anything else on the road and why the throttle response feels immediate in a way a single plenum cannot replicate.

Factory output was quoted at 276 hp, the number every Japanese manufacturer quoted under the gentlemen’s agreement. Independent dyno figures consistently came in higher. The displacement itself was a homologation decision: Group A regulations multiplied turbocharged displacement by 1.7, and 2.6 liters put the car in the class Nissan wanted.

It went into the R32, R33, and R34 Skyline GT-R. The known weak points are the oil pump drive collar on early engines and the ceramic turbine wheels, which do not survive much boost. The head gasket becomes the limit once those are addressed.

We stencil the gasket because it is the part that sets the ceiling.
