K-Series Head Gasket Stencil T-Shirt

This K-series shirt carries the K20 head-gasket design: four 86mm bores, the coolant passage layout, the fire rings. Printed small and clean on a soft heavyweight tee.

No VTEC jokes. No Civic silhouette. Just the part, for the people who know what the second cam lobe does and when.

ABOUT THE K-SERIES

Honda introduced the K-series in 2001 to replace the B-series, and it is now the default answer to almost every Honda build question. The K20 displaces 2.0 liters with a short stroke that lets it spin to 8,600 rpm in its most aggressive factory tune. The K24 trades some of that ceiling for 2.4 liters and a much stronger midrange.

The i-VTEC system combines variable valve lift on the intake cam with continuously variable intake cam timing, which is why a K20 can idle cleanly and still make peak power somewhere most engines have stopped trying.

The build everyone eventually arrives at is the K24 block with a K20 head, taking the displacement of one and the flow and rev ceiling of the other. It works well enough that it has become its own category.

We stencil the gasket because on a high-compression, high-rpm engine it is the part doing the quiet work.
